Greetings Heisey Hunters, Time is flying these days, and it is turning cold already. Where did the summer go? It seems like every weekend is booked with some activity, either a show or a trip or a meeting. I barely have time to sort through and catalogue my Heisey. It's a good thing wife Sherry helps out. She's getting pretty good at knowing her patterns these days, and finding them in the books.

The dealer contracts for the 35th Annual All- Heisey Show were mailed out and should have arrived by now. We currently have a waiting list of dealers wanting to get in. Volunteers are still short so feel free to contact us if you want to help with advertising, setup, or manning the hospitality.

Bryan, Russ, and I were able to make it out to Omaha for the Percy Moore Memorial Dinner. Let me say the Great Plains Club did a fantastic job with the arrangements. The food was superb, program entertaining, and a great display of Heisey at auction and dealer tables. I set up a few items for sale and displayed the show banner, with show cards available.  Word has it we may get a visit from a contingent of Heisey Hunters from that club in March.  Also, we were hosted by the Lucke's at their home for lunch, and gawked at their impressive collection.  Not only do they have many, many fine items tastefully displayed, but their home is superbly decorated. 

We missed it last month, so I want to extend a warm welcome to a new member of the Heisey family, little Amelia, daughter of Paula and Jeff Morrow.
