| Message from the Prez March 05 It’s so close, I can almost taste it. That’s right, the 33rd Annual All Heisey Show and Sale is almost here. Christmas in March for the Heisey collector! Our VP, Chris Hartman has been elected “Club Member of the Year” for his tireless work in promoting the show. You da man Chris!!!Don’t forget, this months meeting is the day after the show, and I hope our dealers will stick around for a day to attend. We really are miserable when you leave. This month’s program will be given by Chris Hartman on the 1776 Kaylonial pattern. Don’t forget to bring examples of the pattern. How about former Heisey designer Eva Zeisel, still kickin’ it at 98! Maezene Walker gave us a wonderful mini-program about the designer, complete with examples of the original China pattern now being reproduced by Crate and Barrel. Welcome to the club Albert Kuper of Owings Mills, MD. I know it may be hard for you to make our meetings, but please introduce yourself at the show. We would all love to meet you.
